I'm currently playing FTB Revelation 3.0.1 and have a problem with autocrafting a bucket of destabilized redstone. I created a process pattern in the pattern grid using JEI. Destabilized redstone is available in fluid disks. Buckets are also available. The crafter is connected to the fluid transposer and the inputs and outputs are set up correctly.Refined Storage is a no quirks attached solution. It just works. AE2 is slightly more advanced but it has way more crafting steps and annoying limitations/quirks. AE2 is infinitely more powerful and lag friendly with much better graphics. (cables and terminals are much neater than the grey blocky textures of RS)

Refined Storage acts a little weird with reusable tools like that. I think the reason (just a wild ass guess really) is that it actually transfers the items to the crafter with that recipe in it, so that it's not in the system for the next craft. What I usually do for stuff like this is to use an RFTools crafter, and stick a storage bus on it.It would be significantly more efficient and slightly easier on your computer/server to do that crafting recipe before it reaches your storage system.
