Roku - please update the Xfinity Stream app! Hi all, I had the same issue after replacing my gateway. I checked my account and it still showed my old gateway. Calling comcast, they didn't complete my order even though the new gateway was activated. They manually completed the order and added the xfi gateway to billing and this resolved the TVAPP-00101.

I just recently started having issues with Xfinity stream and gettings error messages such as TVAPP-00170 and TVAPP-00500. It worked yesterday but now won't work at all.Then opened Xfinity x-fi app (the one where you can control your network), and restarted the gateway through there. About 20 minutes later, restarted the roku and Xfinity Stream app worked fine. I'm not 100% sure, but I think those added unknown users were the problem.
