Sep 21, 2022 · Xfinity Scam? I received a text message from alleged Xfinity offering 50% reduction in services. I called and got the usual sounding xfinity music and then foreign voices. The car person took my name and last four digits of SS number. He then informed me I was eligible for the 50% discount including all taxes and fees. You can reach them by either using this link (https://comca.st/3SzqTd7) to report a possible fraud claim. You can also call them at (888)565-4329 they are open from 8 a.m. to Midnight EST, 7 days a week. I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.First and foremost: Trust your gut.
