Independence Blue Cross was an enjoyable place to work. It was a health concientious company. It promoted healthy eating and activities (smoke free envirornment). The company invested in an on site gym for its employees. As a trainer I learned the business of enrollment from the ground up. I had great co-workers and worked in a team environment.
