After several reprogramming attempts and software upgrades, wiring harness cleanings, ground wire checks, 2 new radios and one new touch screen, it wasn't actually either, It was called a Low voltage cable.The dealer did say everything was up-to-date on my truck in terms of computers. Same with mine, 22 refresh, but I notice primarily on XM, almost always after I start it up blanks for a second or two about a minute after music starts. I listen mostly to sports radio and XM, but have noticed primarily on XM.To do this, turn off your vehicle and wait for a few minutes. Then, disconnect the battery cables and wait for 15-20 minutes, allowing the system to completely reset. After reconnecting the battery, start the vehicle and check if the radio display is working properly.
