It is a 2015 Escape SE ecoboost 1.6. I do have the scan tool. The IPC is reading no key detected. When I try to get into the PATS system it says access is ungranted. I tried to scan the BCM today but it is not registering the key is on. When I connect to the OBD port it is not registering the PCM I have to manually input it to get in the system.After searching the net for a fix, I thought I'd share my experience as there was no actual fix but just an emergency start-up. Apparently this refers to the key not been detected when turning off the engine. I have tried both keys with new batteries and still get the message popping up.
