Series Recording Is Not Working. My shows will not record. They are set to record, but will not actually record for future dates. I have to manually set up recordings daily. I have reset the box,unplugged tv and box, deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing works. I have called Direct TV and have been on the phone for over two hours.Why am I receiving a message that I am 'not authorized' to view videos?
