I am wondering if there are any recommendations on jetting this carb properly for the E model. I am not sure if the hot cams and higher compression require different jetting or not.We use CVK40 from KLR650 and DRZ likes almost same OEM jet setup of KLR. So IMO, oem setup of DR650 shouldn't be too far from what you need. And TM40 comes with 17.5 PJ (and 165MJ) if you buy it from mikuni or wherever. I also used one of those compressed air cans to try to blow out any gunk. I set the fuel screw at exactly 3 turns out.Cost effective = $150 for a RMZ450 throttle body complete with sensors and injector, $100 for a fuel pump, that leaves us about $500 for an ECU (I'm sure that it will come under this).
