So I have a 68/69 Lincoln sa 200. F163 engine. I recently replaced my timing cover seal, crankshaft pulley, spark plugs, plug wires, thermostat (180 degree), thermostat gasket, coolant, fuel filter, air filter, fuel (93 octane), reed switch. Cleaned my water pump up and replaced gasket. Flushed radiator out. Also rebuilt my entire magneto completely …Take out the #4 plug. Take the cap off the mag. Stick finger of left hand in the plug hole. With right hand grab fan and rotate engine (in the direction it runs) You will feel the compression stroke in #4.
