Here’s a step-by-step guide: Install the FCU Jig into the milling machine and clamp it securely in the vise. Secure the Sig P320 FCU insert onto the jig using the supplied screws. Use the drill press to drill the required holes into the insert. Use the milling machine to mill out the necessary areas of the insert. We precision cut the manual safety pocket in ANY P320 FCU in 9mm, 40S&W, 357SIG, 10mm or 45ACP to exact SIG Sauer specifications (X-Ten Carry Comp cannot be converted due to the slide width). Each frame is tested for fit and function. The SIG manual safety parts are exchanged for your existing non-manual safety FCU parts. Grip is cut as required.
