I recently noticed that the Range stat on Black Powder Rifles varies, and I’m not just talking about when you put a bayonet on them. What I’m talking about is how some (seemingly newer) BP Rifles have a Range value of 395. Meanwhile others (seemingly older than 1 year based on looking around for pics online) have a Range stat of 204. You can put it on your weapon if you have the mod for it. The only way to craft it is by scraping the mod itself not the weapon. It is not a guaranteed unlock so you might have to scrap a few mods to unlock it. Should be able to learn any weapon MOD that is in the game. Sometimes it's like than a 1% chance to learn it though.
