I'm using a tier 6 seed with a player simulator using mystical fertilizer and a plant interactor. I get a ton of inferium essence and some tier 6 seeds. The inferium gets used to craft more fertilizer along with diamonds and bone meal. The seeds get put in an uncrafting grinder which creates 4 insanium per seed.

You are also going to want to make some Inferium Seeds for another source of Inferium Essence. You can get more Inferium Essence per harvest from Inferium Seeds by planting them on Essence Farmland.
