I wouldn't use miledown. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. Use the anking's anki settings (found on youtube). Take like one month to do content review, just read books and do chapter problems and KA/ jack westin.
