Tried different active duty slots, but none work. My 6 goes back to 6 and my 4 goes back to 4. As I said, streaks are stupidly easy to achieve, there's literally no trouble doing it. So I doubt the would adjust AI to combat anyone cheesing streaks for perks that don't work. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Infil, do mission, exfil and it should be incremented by one.
