So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved. Thats not problem solved that is a work around. The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won’t let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next.Fire their OC and then switch back to your team to hire the OC. The CPU will auto generate a new OC. Online will be a bit more tricky. You need to have a second user join the franchise and fire the OC (cannot be someone who will be managing a team as they will have the same problem.).
